Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a client of a CA firm

• Reply STOP to the firm on WhatsApp to stop receiving messages.
• Ask the firm to delete your data; it can remove your record and message history from RoSync for CA.
• Or email contact@softsyncsolutions.in with the subject "Data deletion", your phone number and the name of the firm.

If you use RoSync for CA at a CA firm

Email contact@softsyncsolutions.in from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion". Firm administrators can also close the firm's account, which deletes its data within 90 days.

What happens next

We confirm the request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law. Messages already delivered to a WhatsApp user remain on their device, and Meta's own retention is governed by WhatsApp's policies.
