Terms of Service

The service

RoSync for CA helps CA firms track compliance work and communicate with their clients, including through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Filing decisions, professional advice and the accuracy of filings remain the responsibility of the firm.

Firm responsibilities

• Obtain clients' consent before messaging them on WhatsApp, and honour opt-out requests.
• Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, including message template rules.
• Keep login credentials confidential and use the service lawfully.
• Pay WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta to the firm's WhatsApp Business account.

Data

The firm owns its client data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy, and the firm can export or delete it at any time.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, including where it depends on Meta or other third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
